Tokyo Bikini Bar Policies

1. Appointments & Booking:
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online or via phone/text.
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied to the total service cost at checkout.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Shows:
- 24-Hour Policy: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
- 6-Hour Policy: For cancellations or no-shows within 6 hours of your appointment, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.

3. Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late please contact us to adjust your appointment time or to be canceled at the discretion of the esthetician. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Pre-Waxing Guidelines:
- Medical Considerations:
- We cannot perform waxing services if you have received Botox, a spray tan, or used retinol products within 7 days of your appointment.
- If you are currently using or have recently used Accutane (isotretinoin), waxing cannot be performed. Please consult your doctor before booking a waxing service.
- Skin Preparation: Arrive with clean, lotion-free skin in the area to be waxed for optimal results.

5. Payments:
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. All deposits are non-refundable.

6. Pre-Paid Packages:
- Packages & Savings: Pre-paid packages are available for select services, offering significant savings.
- Interest-Free Payment Option: Packages can be purchased with an interest-free payment plan. Contact us for details.
- Same-Day Application: Packages purchased on the day of an appointment can be applied immediately to the scheduled service.

Refund Policy:
- Customers are eligible for a full refund of the unused portion of their package within 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, customers may request a refund for the unused portion, but it will be issued as store credit only.

7. Guest Policy:
- You are welcome to bring one additional guest to accompany you during your appointment.
- There is also a lobby area where guests can wait comfortably while you receive your service.

8. Right to Refuse Service:
- Tokyo Bikini Bar reserves the right to deny service to any individual.
- Any behavior, language, or statements made by a client that allude to harm, threats, or make the service provider uncomfortable will result in immediate termination of the appointment. Such individuals will be permanently blocked from booking future services.

9. Independent Contractors:
- All staff members at Tokyo Bikini Bar are independent contractors.
- Any information, questions, or concerns regarding your service or appointment must be communicated directly with your service provider.

10. No Affiliation Disclaimer:
- Tokyo Bikini Bar is an independent entity and has no affiliation with L&R Salon.

11. Client Etiquette:
- Please notify us in advance if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your service.

12. Refunds 

- Unfortunately there are no refunds on services, even if the client is unhappy with the quality of the service, there are no refunds.
